DriveTime is hiring for a Customer Experience & Sales Support role at our dealership in Pennsylvania. You will greet customers, explain vehicle features and financing basics, and nurture leads through follow-ups via phone, text, and email.

You’ll assist with paperwork, support daily operations, and help drive a positive team culture while progressing through Level 1 & 2 certifications for greater responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience; hospitality, sales and/or retail experience valued.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase, Level 1 and 2 certification with increasing responsibility.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing: present features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Support sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Process paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan papers.
• Support daily dealership operations and maintain showroom organization and inventory presentation.
• Utilize internal systems to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
