Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring for an entry-to-mid level dealership role in Missouri. The position focuses on greeting customers, presenting vehicle features, pricing and financing basics, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process.

You will also follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team with test drives and paperwork. The role emphasizes building relationships, maintaining showroom standards, and collaborating with management to reach dealership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through multiple training levels with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and services to confidently assist customers.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain timely communication with prospective customers via calls, text and email.
• Support sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
• Support daily dealership operations across departments and maintain showroom organization.
• Utilize internal systems to support dealership operations and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
• Work with sales and management to support and achieve dealership goals.
