Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service / Sales Associate to greet customers, present features, explain financing basics, and guide them through the purchase process at our Georgia dealership.

You will follow up on internet leads, schedule appointments, assist with paperwork, and support daily operations across departments while helping maintain showroom presentation and a positive, team-centered workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase, learning certification of Level 1 and 2.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process including presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and dealership services to confidently assist customers.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers through phone calls, text and email using the expected nurture strategy.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
