DriveTime Family of Brands in Laurel, MS is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support teammate who greets customers, presents vehicles, and assists during the purchase process to ensure a smooth, transparent experience for every guest.

You will follow up on leads, schedule appointments, support operations, manage paperwork, and collaborate with the sales team in a fast-paced retail environment that values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, sales, or retail with a customer-facing role.
• Able to progress through multi-phase Level 1 and 2 certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years; must be 18+; background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process with features, pricing, financing basics, and dealership services.
• Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with prospective customers via phone, text, and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
