Job summary

Fagron US in Austin, Texas seeks a Sales Support Specialist to back the sales team by handling inbound/outbound calls and emails, coordinating commercial agreements, and preparing quotes for tenders. The role ensures continuity when team members are out of the office.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in sales, strong experience with ERP/CRM/Power BI, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in sales preferred.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM and Power BI tools strongly preferred.
• Computer proficiency skills including Microsoft Office systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience or relevant highly regulated industry.
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with many different functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage commercial agreements to support the sales department and achieve objectives.
• Prepare sales reports, market and price surveys to monitor sales and product evolution.
• Keep sales reports up to date and analyze results for accurate reporting.
• Provide administrative support including maintaining customer information and researching orders.
• Support intercompany shipping processes.
• Draw up quotes and tenders for public calls for tenders with input from Sales.
• Maintain knowledge about products and sales objectives.
• Assist the Customer Service team as needed.
• Be the ambassador of Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture.
