Job summary

Fagron Sterile Services US (FSS) in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to maintain consistent contact with customers when team members are out of the office. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, coordinate commercial agreements, and support house accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing sales reports, market surveys, quotes and tenders, administrative support, and assisting the Customer Service team while upholding FSS values and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and Power BI strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of meeting deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Able to collaborate with many different functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage commercial agreements to support the sales department and achieve objectives.
• Prepare sales reports, market and price surveys to monitor sales and product evolution.
• Keep sales reports up to date and analyze results for accurate reporting.
• Provide administrative support and research orders for the team.
• Support the intercompany shipping process.
• Draw up quotes and tenders for public calls for tenders as needed.
• Maintain knowledge about products and sales objectives.
• Assist the Customer Service team as needed.
• Be an ambassador of Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
