Job summary

Fagron US is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to cover inbound/outbound calls and emails, assist house accounts, and support the sales team when colleagues are out. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

The position emphasizes maintaining customer data, preparing quotes, and contributing to sales reports while upholding company values and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, CRM and Power BI tools is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems is required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating with others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with many different functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage commercial agreements to support sales objectives.
• Prepare sales reports, market and price surveys to monitor evolution.
• Keep sales reports up to date and analyze results for reporting.
• Provide administrative support including customer data maintenance and order research.
• Support intercompany shipping processes.
• Draw up quotes and tenders for public calls in coordination with Sales.
• Maintain knowledge about products and sales objectives.
• Assist the Customer Service team as needed.
• Uphold Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
