You will coordinate office logistics, assist with orders and escalations, prepare sales reports, oversee projects from construction to porting, track invoices and support field leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of general office experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for daily office activities and meetings, including supply orders and onboarding new hires.
• Support sales executives with order follow-up, issue identification and escalation.
• Obtain and distribute sales-related reports to support decision making.
• Manage projects related to sales operations and related initiatives.
• Maintain and track invoices to budget and identify cost efficiencies.
• Organize and oversee sales activities, updates and result submissions.
• Assist with same-day ticket submissions and data entry for field sales leads.
