Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sales Operations Associate in Illinois to provide order support for account teams. You will guide orders from entry through invoicing, resolve issues, and escalate to Backoffice as needed.

You will handle daily maintenance of sales order routers, process web orders, manage bids, ensure contracts and terms are correct, and serve as the touchpoint for status inquiries with account managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Customer service oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with team members on shipping/logistics.
• Ability to work with multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Order entry, including installs, adding contracts and bids.
• Web order processing through the sales order router.
• Manage bids entry, amend, and win bids in the bid router, as needed.
• Ensure proper purchasing contract(s) and terms are selected upon order entry.
• Daily maintenance of sales order routers and sales order manager screens.
• Ensure all started tasks are seen through to completion.
• Facilitate and follow up on Customer Relations/ServiceNow Request to ensure a frictionless order flow experience for customers, and sales coworkers.
• Provide daily maintenance of operational assistance to release orders on hold in the Sales Order Manager and Sales Order Router.
• Act as point of contact for order status requests with account manager(s), account team(s) and basic level customer requests.
