CDW is seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to drive profitable revenue growth across regional sales districts. You will partner with sales leaders to optimize operational processes, resolve order issues, and align with OEM partners to enable sales enablement activities.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, profitability, and collaboration with back-office teams. You will lead escalations, provide just-in-time coaching to account managers, and analyze margin impact and RMAs to balance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 2 years of sales process experience required.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to build trusted internal and external relationships across levels.
• Experience with AS400/SPS order processing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop operational management with sales managers and regional districts.
• Coordinate with Backoffice and other CDW departments to resolve order issues.
• Analyze data to identify complex problems and propose actionable improvements.
