Job summary

CDW Direct, LLC is seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead operational management for regional sales districts and drive profitable revenue growth. You will coordinate with backoffice, optimize order processing (AS400/SPS), and partner with sales leaders to resolve escalations and improve profitability.

You will develop trusted internal and external relationships, analyze data for actionable insights, and mentor account managers on operational tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree and 2 years of sales process experience required.
• Minimum 1-year CDW experience OR 2 years external sales process management experience required.
• Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret numerical data for reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to draw actionable recommendations.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management and drive revenue growth for regional sales districts.
• Navigate operational processes, drive efficiency, and partner with sales leaders.
• Resolve backorder, drop ship, and bid escalation issues with internal teams.
• Offer just-in-time coaching to account managers on tasks and profitability.
• Review month-end open order reports and determine actions to close deals.
• Create and manage backorder reports to ensure business stays with CDW.
