Job summary

CDW is seeking an entry-level to mid-level order entry associate in the United States. You will enter orders, process web orders, manage bids, and ensure contracts and terms are correctly applied during order entry.

You will maintain sales order routers/managers, release orders on hold, and communicate order status with account teams. Strong Excel and Word skills and solid customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Associates’ and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order entry, including installs, adding contracts and bids.
• Web order processing through the sales order router.
• Manage bids entry, amend, and win bids in the bid router.
• Ensure proper purchasing contracts and terms are selected upon order entry.
• Daily maintenance of sales order routers and sales order manager screens.
• Provide daily maintenance of operational assistance to release orders on hold in the Sales Order Manager and Router.
• Act as point of contact for order status requests with account managers and teams.
