Job summary

AHEAD is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to join the Operations team in Chicago. The specialist will manage the sales orders for assigned accounts, ensure documents are complete, and resolve issues with cross-departments and external clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain to meet deadlines, and partnering with Product Engineering to align orders with engineering changes. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accept and book all customer orders with complete and accurate documents.
• Schedule and moderate cross-departmental meetings to review order status and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to resolve engineering change requests and update orders accordingly.
• Identify order process improvements and update customer workflows for error-free submissions.
• Own customer profiles in ERP to ensure data integrity before pushing to Hatch portal.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
