IllTip, a cybersecurity solutions provider and value-added reseller, is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to support account executives and regional partners. You will handle quotes, order processing and CRM data tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.

You will collaborate with purchasing, accounting and contracts teams, manage vendor quotes, and assist with e-signature processing and renewals. A detail-oriented, proactive communicator will excel in this role.

Formación

• Must have 2–3+ years in customer service, sales support or similar admin role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools; open to AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Create customer accounts, generate quotes and track opportunities in Salesforce.
• Enter quote data and review details so orders are ready for submission.
• Request quotes from vendors and maintain partner relationships.
• Liaise between account executives, purchasing, accounting and contracts to process orders.
• Send quotes to customers for e-signature via DocuSign and support deal registration/renewals.
• Respond promptly to inquiries while juggling multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
