Job summary

DirSec, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to support opportunities from quote requests through order placement. You will create quotes and SOWs in Salesforce, review vendor pricing, and manage complex transactions with accuracy and speed.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, the Director of Sales, and the accounting team, while applying AI tools for efficiency and maintaining strict quality controls. This role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and organization.
• Experience quoting and order management in a software/tech environment.
• Ability to review complex pricing, terms, and multi-year deals.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate customer quotes and SOWs in Salesforce.
• Review vendor quotes for pricing, coverage, and terms.
• Manage quote revisions and complex transactions.
• Incorporate customer terms into quotes with validation.
• Maintain quote/opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Process orders and communicate with vendors/distributors.
