Job summary

eGroup Enabling Technologies is expanding nationwide and seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Account Executives, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with Account Executives to drive sales execution, build strong customer relationships, and prepare accurate proposals and contracts in collaboration with sales and solution teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred; IT sales, marketing, or operations exposure is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and drive results.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive sales execution and operational efficiency.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Prepare proposals and contracts in collaboration with sales and solutions teams.
• Review orders, coordinate vendor purchases, and manage handoffs for delivery.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and support reporting.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on contracts, purchases, and delivery timelines.
• Support bundling of professional services and products in proposals.
• Maintain performance within SLAs and key metrics.
