Job summary

CDW, a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider, seeks a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead regional sales district operations and drive profitable revenue. You will partner with sales leaders, resolve backorder and commission issues, and provide data-driven insights to grow revenue and efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate across back-office teams, manage complex processes, and support strategic sales initiatives while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 2 years of sales process experience.
• Proven ability to analyze numerical data for reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to other CDW locations, meetings and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted partnerships with sales managers to provide operational management.
• Understand how related teams coordinate to achieve objectives.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal CDW departments to resolve order issues.
• Strategize with sales managers to build partner and customer relationships that generate business opportunities.
• Align with OEM partners to organize sales enablement activities that drive growth and profitability for solutions and services.
• Provide actionable insight on Sales Analytics reporting to grow revenue.
• Review month end open order reports with account managers to close deals.
• Creation and management of backorder reports to determine action to close deals.
