Job summary

BlueStar is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join the CDW sales team in Kentucky. You will accurately process customer orders, input data using Oracle and Excel, and maintain data integrity across databases.

The role requires 1–3 years of data entry or order processing experience, proficiency with Excel, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced team setting. Associates degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with Oracle or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer orders, shipping documents, and other forms.
• Input data into designated fields using Oracle software, also Microsoft Excel or ERP systems.
• Verify accuracy of data before and after entry and check margin report.
• Maintain consistency across databases.
• Report discrepancies or errors to supervisors.
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as reporting back to our customers, buyers, and sales reps for any pricing issues or part number changes.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
