Job summary

Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to provide administrative and operational support for the sales team, coordinating the order process from quote to delivery.

You will assist Account Executives with proposals, process orders in CRM, and keep customers informed about order status while collaborating with Sales, Production, Inventory and Shipping to ensure timely fulfillment for gaming products.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Familiarity with gaming industry is a plus.
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives with proposals and sales documents.
• Process all orders for Sales Account Executives using CRM.
• Provide status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Inventory and Shipping to fulfill orders.
• Prepare meetings and demos as needed.
• Support location operations and special projects.
• Assist with on-site and off-site demonstrations and trade shows.
