Qualifications

• Degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or minimum of three years customer service experience; or equivalent combination.
• Successful completion of the company’s sales training program is required.
• Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office, specifically in EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer pricing and order entry requests are accomplished urgently.
• Manage customer purchase orders from entry through delivery.
• Coordinate large bids, quotes, and orders with appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative assistance to the management team.

Skills

Customer service experience

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Utilization of ERP and CRM systems

Education
