Job summary

South Shore Generator Sales & Service. Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to coordinate customer opportunities through the Power Solutions sales process, primarily within our CRM.

The role ensures every lead is entered with complete information, records are accurate, and follow-through is maintained to move opportunities forward. You will support the sales team with proposal preparation, scheduling site assessments, and post-appointment follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or administrative operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MyGenPlan).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Power Solutions sales inquiries and ensure every lead is entered into CRM with complete, accurate information.
• Maintain opportunity records, stages, notes, activities, and customer communication so pipeline data remains current and reliable.
• Oversee automated text and email workflows, respond directly when follow-up requires human outreach, and identify leads needing immediate attention.
• Follow intake and qualification process to document project details and schedule qualified site assessments.
• Prepare customer and opportunity records before appointments for effective consultations.
• Support the sales team’s use of CRM for proposal preparation and customer presentation workflows.
• Maintain financing resources, share information, and connect customers with internal resources when needed.
• Conduct post-appointment communication, follow-up on open proposals, and surface stalled opportunities to the Sales & Marketing Lead.
