Job summary

South Shore Generator, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to serve as the central point of coordination for customer opportunities in the early sales process.

The role focuses on keeping leads organized, ensuring consistent customer communication, and maintaining complete opportunity records to move each step forward with clarity. You will work primarily in our CRM, manage workflows, and support proposal preparation and scheduling of site assessments while ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer coordination, administrative operations.
• Comfort learning and using CRM systems such as MyGenPlan.
• Ability to follow established processes in a fast-moving sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter leads into CRM with complete information.
• Maintain opportunity records, stages, notes, and activities.
• Manage automated workflows and follow up on leads.
• Schedule site assessments and prep proposals.
• Support CRM-based proposal and presentation workflows.
• Ensure data quality before transitions to post-sales.
• Coordinate handoffs from Sales to Sales Coordination.
