Shining 3D is a world-class technology company delivering 3D imaging and related solutions with a global footprint in China, Germany, and the United States. The role focuses on managing sales orders, maintaining CRM/ERP systems, and supporting after-sales activities to ensure timely shipment and invoicing.

Responsibilities include processing orders, updating ledgers and reports, guiding Account Managers on CRM/ERP usage, and improving work processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management/Communication or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business management or similar role.
• Familiar with sales management systems and proficient with office software, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Process and follow up sales orders and related documents via CRM/ERP until shipment and invoicing.
• Process and follow up after-sales RMA cases via CRM/ERP.
• Register sales ledger and create sales analysis reports.
• Guide Account Managers to use CRM and ERP; participate in system maintenance and testing.
• Assist in sorting out and optimizing workflows and document SOPs.
• Manage designated products required by sales orders and demo units.
• Support headquarter when needed.
