Job summary

Shining 3D is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and execute quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans toward annual targets. You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and product demos to quotes, contracts, and order processing—while coordinating with product and support teams to ensure customer success.

This role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships, expanding distributors and channel partners, and providing market feedback to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous sales experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong communication and business development potential are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong customer relationship management, sales, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of hardware and software products, 3D digital technologies, and related industry applications is preferred.
• Experience with CAD, reverse engineering, or 3D design software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work on-site at our San Leandro, CA office or Irvine, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans based on annual targets.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Identify and develop new customers, opportunities, and partnerships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, inquiries, product demonstrations, solution development, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, order processing, shipment tracking, and post-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate technical support, product training, and implementation activities with internal teams.
• Explore and develop new applications and market opportunities for the company's products.
• Provide customer application cases, market feedback, and product insights to management.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
