Qualifications

• Experience using sales software to manage customer accounts and orders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team on daily operations and customer accounts.
• Pull, clean, and improve the data in our sales software.
• Use that information to keep orders, invoices, and customer records accurate and current.
• Flag gaps, fix inconsistencies, and help the team work from better numbers.
• Support sales with admin tasks that keep deals moving.
• Stay on top of follow-ups, files, and details in a busy shop.
