Job summary

MFS Supply is seeking a Sales Support specialist to coordinate between the sales team and customers, guiding onboard to project completion. The role emphasizes ERP/CRM proficiency, advanced Excel, and strong customer service skills.

You will manage high-volume quotes, collaborate with supply chain and operations, and ensure accurate contracts and timely communication for multi-unit renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Sales support specialist/associate.
• Hands-on ERP and CRM experience; Oracle-based apps preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and complex formulas.
• Strong data accuracy and issue resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and customers.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service and support for sales activities with internal and external customers.
• Provide tools, resources, services, and analysis to enable team performance.
• Manage high-volume quoting with Excel, ensure pricing accuracy and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with supply chain and operations for daily activity.
• Support sales with customer communications on multi-unit renovation projects.
• Coordinate with order processing, supply chain, and operations on cabinet assembly and delivery.
• Create and process contracts; flag items for revision before execution.
• Determine sale completion by aligning contract, pricing tool, and CRM.
• Develop policies, procedures, training, and testing as needed.
• Respond to routine customer service issues via calls, email, or in person.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Address customer concerns and enter orders with high accuracy.
