Job summary

Keesen Landscape in Englewood, CO seeks a highly organized Business Development Coordinator to support the sales team by researching opportunities, managing CRM data, coordinating proposals, and ensuring follow-through across departments.

You will work with HubSpot, Aspire, and other sales tools, prepare meeting materials, track pipeline and deadlines, and help streamline processes across Marketing, Estimating, Operations, and Sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and up to date; support pipeline tracking.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and account research for BDMs.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for events, campaigns, and client interactions.
