Job summary

Keesen-Landscape is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the sales team with research, coordination, and systems management. The role focuses on ensuring accurate prospect data, efficient CRM use, and timely follow-through on opportunities.

You will assist BDMs with proposals, scheduling, and data maintenance, while coordinating marketing inputs and event materials. Strong organizational skills and CRM familiarity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies, properties, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain prospect lists by territory, vertical, or strategic initiative.
• Identify relevant RFPs, public bids, management changes, ownership changes, and other potential opportunities.
• Provide organized, actionable prospect information to BDMs.
• Maintain accurate prospect, account, contact, and opportunity information.
• Support effective use of HubSpot, Aspire, and other sales tools.
• Track opportunity stages, activities, follow-up, and pipeline information.
• Maintain data quality, completeness, and consistency.
