Job summary

DeHamer Landscaping is seeking a Construction Landscape Project and Sales Coordinator to guide projects from initial client contact through sale and handoff to production. You’ll bridge clients, sales, project management, and field crews, supporting estimating, proposals, documentation, scheduling, and billing readiness.

The role emphasizes organization, client interaction, and ensuring projects move from concept to completion with profitability and efficiency.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site measurements, takeoffs, photos, and field notes.
• Assist with estimating and designing landscape construction projects, including patios, walkways, walls, grading, and drainage.
• Prepare professional proposals with scope of work, exclusions, and terms.
• Track proposal status through approval and signature.
• Coordinate project start dates, schedules, and timelines.
• Prepare and distribute complete handoff packages with contracts, notes, photos, and material quantities.
• Communicate project details to Project Managers and on-site Superintendent.
• Assist with production scheduling and coordination with operations.
• Monitor progress and flag delays or issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding scheduling and updates.
• Maintain accurate project files and support job costing, deposits, progress billing, and close-out.
