Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales Operations and Sales teams.

This role serves as the primary Salesforce resource, managing Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and related records to keep data accurate and accessible. You will build reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, assist with testing and SOP development, and translate sales data into actionable insights for Sales leadership while collaborating across departments

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce experience with CRM data management.
• Experience creating and interpreting Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Ability to analyze sales data and clearly communicate key trends.
• Proficiency with Excel lookups, filtering, and large datasets.
• Experience supporting Salesforce processes, SOPs, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for the Sales organization.
• Create, update, and maintain Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and related records.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views, and filters.
• Monitor CRM data quality and identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information.
• Support Salesforce users with system questions, processes, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with testing new Salesforce fields, workflows, validation rules, automation, and process improvements.
• Support documentation and training for new or updated Salesforce processes.
• Partner with the Sales Operations Manager on CRM development, optimization, and adoption.
• Assist with analyzing sales performance, pipeline activity, win rates, and trends.
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, validate, and reconcile sales data.
• Document Salesforce and sales workflows to create repeatable processes.
• Help implement new processes and support adoption across the Sales organization.
• Maintain process documentation as workflows evolve.
