Job summary

Western States Careers is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quoting, programs, and pricing, and to coordinate pre-deliveries and make ready needs as defined by the Sales Representative. The role partners with Parts, Service, and Demand Planning to ensure accurate quotes, timely delivery, and documented processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in customer service or sales coordination.
• Two years’ experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• One year experience with AX software preferred.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales Representatives with quoting, programs, and pricing.
• Coordinate pre-deliveries and make ready needs as defined by the Sales Representative.
• Work with Parts and Service to meet client specifications.
• Review work orders for quote accuracy and execution per customer promise date.
• Oversee the sales administration process from prospect to delivery.
• Prepare final sales packet and reconcile prior to invoicing.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospect to invoice to delivery; report opportunities and threats.
• Communicate with Equipment Operations Coordinators and Demand Planners to improve processes.
• May act as backup for these roles as needed.
• Ensure proper pre-shipping and receiving documents with accurate details.
• Assist walk-in or call-in customers and direct leads to the appropriate Sales Representative.
• Direct yard attendants on machine status and movement; coordinate inspection and maintenance.
• Administer and manage equipment demonstration and loaner reservations.
• Prepare customer purchase binder for new sales and deliver with the machine.
• Work with Demand Planners for tool configuration and inventory.
• Adhere to safety policies and company values.
