Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to support the Containment (Data Center) business segment by handling inquiries, coordinating quotes, and maintaining project information in Salesforce. You will be the primary contact for incoming sales requests and ensure documentation flows smoothly from inquiry to order support.

This role collaborates with Sales, Customers, Distributors, Contractors, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to speed responses and improve

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Customer Service, Sales Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred.
3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, project coordination, or inside sales.
Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
Strong organizational and project-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage the ISQuote email inbox and route inquiries promptly.
Capture inquiries and projects in Salesforce with accurate records.
Track quotation lifecycle from request to completion and follow up for on-time delivery.
Maintain visibility of open quotes and provide status updates to sales reps and management.
Document project details in Salesforce and maintain tax-exempt docs.
