Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Business, Customer Service, Sales Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, project coordination, or inside sales.
• Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Manage the ISQuote email inbox and route inquiries promptly.
• Capture inquiries and projects in Salesforce with accurate records.
• Track quotation lifecycle from request to completion and follow up for on-time delivery.
• Maintain visibility of open quotes and provide status updates to sales reps and management.
• Document project details in Salesforce and maintain tax-exempt docs.
