Job summary

Western States Equipment Company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales representatives with quotes, programs, and pricing. You will coordinate pre-deliveries and make ready needs, and work with Parts and Service to implement required machine modifications to meet client needs.

You will manage the sales pipeline from prospect to invoice for your region, provide reports during weekly meetings, and collaborate with Demand Planners to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years’ experience in customer service or sales coordination.
• Two years’ experience with CRM software.
• One year’s experience with AX software preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support sales reps with quoting, programs, and pricing.
• Coordinate pre-deliveries and make ready needs.
• Work with Parts and Service for machine modifications.
• Review work orders for quote accuracy by promised date.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospect to delivery.
• Provide weekly sales reports on opportunities and threats.
• Coordinate with Equipment Operations and Demand Planners to improve processes.
• Ensure proper pre-shipping documents with EMR and ship date.
• Direct yard staff on machine status and movement.
• Administer equipment demonstrations and loaner reservations.
