Job summary

ALS is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the USA Beauty & Personal Care commercial team by handling inbound client inquiries, coordinating quotations, and keeping CRM and pipeline data accurate. The role also covers post-quote activities such as PO processing, invoicing, scheduling and shipment coordination, acting as a bridge between sales, operations, and finance.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with sales support or admin coordination

Qualifications

• Highly organized, proactive and customer-focused
• Experience in sales support, customer service, business operations, or administrative coordination
• Strong communication skills and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Advanced Excel capability

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client inquiries and coordinate quotation workflows
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data
• Support post-quote activities: purchase orders, invoicing, scheduling, shipment coordination
• Serve as a liaison between sales, clients, operations, lab teams, clinic operations and finance
• Contribute to process improvements, reporting and operational tracking
