Job summary

The Capital Group in Southern California seeks a Sales Operations Manager to drive enterprise sales messaging and strategy. You will partner with Sales Leadership and teams across Product, Marketing, Learning and Development to translate business priorities into clear, coordinated, sales-ready communications.

You will lead the team, manage priorities, and develop an operating model for a portfolio of messaging programs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate enterprise priorities into clear messaging for sales.
• Experience leading large programs in a matrixed org.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, Seismic).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise sales messaging and strategy for NACG.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into communications.
• Manage a portfolio of messaging programs, setting direction and standards.
• Coach and develop associates, optimize processes using data and AI.
