Capital Group is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead enterprise sales messaging across North America Client Group. You will partner with Sales Leadership and teams across Product, Marketing, Learning and Development to translate business priorities into clear, coordinated messaging.

You will direct a portfolio of programs, set direction, and coach associates for high-value outcomes. You will use field feedback, engagement data, and technology—including AI—to improve message usefulness,

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience leading complex programs in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities with cross-functional influence.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce and Seismic.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise sales messaging and strategy for NACG across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Learning & Development.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into clear, coordinated messaging.
