Capital Group in Southern California is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead enterprise sales messaging and strategy within the North America Client Group. You will partner with Sales Leadership and teams across Product, Marketing, Learning and Development to translate business priorities into clear, coordinated communications.

You will guide the messaging program portfolio, set direction, resolve conflicts, and mentor associates while leveraging AI to improve timing and adoption.

• 7+ years leading complex programs in a highly matrixed organization.
• Experience translating priorities into clear sales messaging.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage capacity.
