United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to partner with the Sales team across New Business and Inside Sales. This full-time role can be remote within the United States, with US hubs as possible locations.

You will own forecasting, drive operating cadences, and shape organizational design while leveraging AI tools to accelerate growth and maintain data quality across sales and finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales operations experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong analytical and technical skills with Salesforce, SQL and BI tools (Sigma)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to generate sales insights, including Claude Code
• Strong communication skills to translate analysis into insights for senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business partner to New Business and Inside Sales leadership, owning operating rhythm and driving data-driven decisions
• Own end-to-end forecasting for New Business and Inside Sales, evolve methodology with market dynamics
• Lead operating cadence (MBRs, QBRs, weekly forecasts) and surface risks and opportunities
• Shape organizational foundation by advising on headcount, org design, quotas, and book-of-business allocation
• Define engagement rules across account ownership, lead routing, and AE–ISR collaboration
• Build dashboards, reports, and AI-driven insights for sales and finance leadership
• Deploy AI tools to improve forecasting accuracy and surface patterns in rep performance
• Partner with Sales Systems, Finance, and Marketing Operations to ensure data quality and governance
