Job summary

The Alba Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own CRM data, reporting, and process improvements across five brands. You will ensure data quality in HubSpot, build dashboards in Power BI, and generate importer analytics to support sales and account management.

This role partners with leadership to drive pipeline hygiene and strategic proposals. Strong analytical skills, HubSpot expertise, and experience with Revenue Vessel are essential; a Bachelor’s degree in business or

Qualifications

5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations or commercial analytics in a B2B environment.
Hands-on HubSpot experience, including dashboards and data quality management.
Experience with Revenue Vessel and pulling reports from Clarity/Power BI.
Strong analytical and data-management capabilities; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Own CRM data management across five brands and maintain data integrity in HubSpot.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot and Power BI.
Analyze importer activity using trade data and intelligence tools.
Generate account management reports and support quarterly business reviews.
Coordinate proposals, RFPs and library of templates; ensure timely delivery.
Design and roll out commercial processes; keep playbooks current.
Coordinate internal meetings between sales, operations and leadership.
