You’ll partner across Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology, and Ops to diagnose problems and implement practical solutions, ensuring adoption and compliance.

The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with Sales leadership to diagnose problems, design practical solutions, and make sure new processes are adopted, as well as partner across Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology, and Operations.

Strong project-management skills and a record of taking cross-functional initiatives from definition through adoption.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence leaders without direct authority.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Travel, tour operator, cruise, hospitality, or travel-advisor distribution experience.
Affinity, dealer, franchise, channel, or other relationship-based sales models.
HubSpot administration or certification.
