The Alba Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own the commercial data, processes and analytics powering five brands. You will ensure CRM data accuracy, generate actionable insights for the sales team, and drive efficient internal meetings with cross-functional partners.

Collaborating with the EVP Commercial, pricing, operations and implementation, you will build dashboards, perform importer analysis and shape data-driven proposals for clients and prospects.

Formación

• 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations or commercial analytics in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience, including building dashboards and reports and managing data quality.
• Experience with Revenue Vessel and pulling reports from Clarity / Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with data management and trade data tools.
• Proficiency with AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commercial data, process and coordination behind the Alba Group's sales and account management teams.
• Maintain HubSpot data integrity across five brands and guide day-to-day updates.
• Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports for sales, account management and leadership.
• Analyze importer activity and build targeted client proposals from data insights.
• Coordinate proposals, RFPs and internal handoffs to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate internal meetings, set agendas and track follow-ups.
