YO AI Labs seeks a Sales Operations & Business Analytics Specialist to optimize CRM operations, improve pipeline visibility, and deliver actionable forecasts and reporting. The role focuses on turning sales data into scalable processes and actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

You will drive data quality, dashboards, forecasting models, and ad hoc analyses using SQL and BI tools, with HubSpot experience preferred to enhance revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of forecasting, data modeling, and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM operations, data quality, workflows, and reporting.
• Monitor sales pipelines and support forecasting.
• Build dashboards and analyze sales performance, conversion, and quota attainment.
• Develop forecasting models using historical and predictive data.
• Support sales tools, processes, and CRM improvements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for KPIs, incentives, lead generation, and business operations.
