Job summary

Korpack seeks a Sales Operations Manager to own quote-to-cash, CRM and ERP data, pricing controls, and forecasting. You will lead the Sales Support team to ensure clean pipelines and accurate quotes and orders.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with 5+ years in sales operations and a Bachelor’s degree. You will maintain HubSpot CRM and Acumatica, build Power BI dashboards, manage commissions, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales operations, sales support, or revenue operations.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Hands-on CRM administration (HubSpot or similar).
• ERP order-to-cash experience (Acumatica preferred).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI or similar BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Own the quote-to-cash process and quote follow-up cadence.
• Administer CRM and ERP data integrity and rep adoption.
• Lead New Customer Onboarding end to end.
• Maintain price lists, margins, and approval thresholds.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel.
• Manage monthly forecasts and sales reviews with leadership.
• Administer commissions and bonus plans; resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance on order issues.
