Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years in Sales Operations or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the sales forecasting dashboard, sales hierarchy, and Salesforce.com data integrity to ensure accurate reporting across sales and supply chain teams.
• Partner with SCM and IT Channel teams to manage Sell-Out forecasting and provide forecasts to support inventory planning and revenue decisions.
• Integrate demand planning outputs with BO pipeline data for enhanced downstream visibility and informed buffer loading decisions.
• Monitor channel inventory levels and demand signals; surface recommendations to minimize business impact.
• Conduct funnel analysis to drive sales process improvements and revenue growth.
• Lead recurring sales and operations cadence calls with stakeholders to resolve misalignment.
• Manage and maintain the Target Account List and support sales systems administration.
• Support territory re-alignments and sales structure changes by updating systems and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data compilation and operational execution.
