Job summary

MyDefence seeks a Sales Operations Manager to own the sales ops backbone, ensuring data accuracy and end-to-end execution from quotes to deliveries. You will align sales, production and finance, manage the CRM (Dynamics) and drive forecasting, pricing and documentation.

The role requires 5–10 years in sales operations, defense market experience, DoD process knowledge, and strong analytical skills. On-site Reston, VA with growth opportunities across a fast-growing U.S. footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in sales operations or similar roles.
• Experience with defense products and familiarity with the U.S. defense market.
• Background supporting DoD or government-related sales processes.
• Strong experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Excel.
• Experience with pricing, BOMs and purchase order management.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible for U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
• Manage pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare and manage quotes, proposals and pricing structures.
• Ensure accuracy in configurations, BOMs and margin compliance.
• Maintain quote and purchase order documentation, including version control.
• Coordinate purchase orders across production, operations and finance teams.
• Align delivery timelines with production capacity and product availability.
• Support lead management, qualification and inside sales activities.
• Manage warranty and software license renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Improve processes, workflows and reporting structures across sales operations.
