RXO Inc. is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager in Mishawaka, Indiana to leadInside Sales and align Sales with Operations. You will drive revenue and margin growth while refining pricing, market penetration, and KPI tracking across multiple transport modes.

The role requires 5+ years in transportation, leadership experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. You’ll mentor staff, manage bid processes, and build pipelines in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transportation-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of non-asset-based brokerage experience preferred.
• Experience in management and leadership; conflict resolution.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive sales.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills to supervise and influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of inside salespeople; provide industry expertise and guidance.
• Interview and train new employees; conduct reviews and set performance goals.
• Act as liaison between Sales and Operations; review pricing, market penetration and KPIs.
• Drive revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes; develop best practices.
• Develop sales pipelines and strategies; review activity KPIs and CRM adherence.
• Review real-time customer metrics; assist with timely bids and RFPs.
