Responsabilités

• Mentor and lead a team of inside salespeople; provide industry expertise, guidance and support.
• Interview and train new employees, conduct reviews and set performance goals.
• Act as liaison between Sales and Operations; review pricing, market penetration and KPIs.
• Drive revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes; develop best practices.
• Develop sales pipelines and strategies; review sales activity KPIs and CRM adherence.
• Review customer metrics in real time and support bid packages and RFPs.
