Job summary

RXO, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to lead a sales team, identify opportunities to present RXO's services, and generate new revenue.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations and Sales to review pricing, improve market penetration, and strengthen service delivery. The ideal candidate has 5 years in transportation, a bachelor’s degree, and demonstrated leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills to supervise and influence employees while driving strategic sales

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience in a sales/operations environment.
• Strategic thinking with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Ability to supervise, coach and influence a team across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inside salespeople; provide industry expertise, guidance and support.
• Interview and train new employees, conduct reviews and set performance goals.
• Act as liaison between Sales and Operations; review pricing, market penetration and KPIs.
• Drive revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes; develop best practices.
• Develop sales pipelines and strategies.
• Review sales activity KPIs and CRM adherence.
• Monitor customer metrics in real time.
• Assist with timely customer bids and RFPs.
