Qualifications

3+ years of analytics or operations experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience with sales data, processes, policies.
Proficient with Excel (VBA, Pivot, Power Pivot) and data visualization.
Experience with Salesforce and BI tools like QuickSight and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of sales, delivery, and business metrics and serve as SME.
Track and report KPIs for weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
Analyze leading/lagging indicators to inform leadership decisions.
Support strategy, planning, and decision making for Business Development and Delivery teams.
Manage sales pipeline analysis, forecasting reviews, and territory/headcount planning.
Leverage AWS GenAI capabilities to scale insights via AI apps and agents.
Collaborate across ESSO, sales, enterprise leadership, and product teams.
