You will support producers and leadership while driving collaboration and accountability across teams.

The role emphasizes pipeline management, CRM optimization, and cross-functional marketing support to fuel organic growth and client engagement across the region.

Qualifications

• A/BS degree plus 5+ years' experience in developing and executing sales development or reinforcement strategies.
• 5+ years' experience in sales, sales management or sales consulting with a proven track record of client retention and new business origination.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot to streamline workflows and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Support producers, sales leaders, and growth initiatives across the Michigan and Ohio Branch.
• Coordinate pipeline management, CRM administration, and reporting to track opportunities.
